Craig Quinn for PVE City Council

My name is Craig Quinn and I am running for the Palos Verdes Estates City Council. My focus will be to preserve local control, fiscal responsibility, beautiful views, community involvement and above all, safety, here in Palos Verdes Estates. Our Residents will be my core focus and I will make ethical, transparent and common sense decisions. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and dedicated community volunteer leadership, I will bring a unique perspective to the PVE City Council.

& Protection

I will focus my time and resources on ensuring all PVE residents are protected with a dedicated police force staffed appropriately with the latest in technology and equipment.

Fiscal Responsibility & Transparency

I will work to align community goals with budgetary planning and expenditure requirements in order to  meet the needs of today while also preparing for the future. I will focus on addressing PVEs aging infrastructure.

Protection of Real Estate & Open Spaces

I will work to maintain local control of zoning and development with a focus on neighborhood compatibility, maintaining our open spaces and balancing view retention and tree preservation.

I will support our residents through collaboration with leaders, associations and Boards that enhance and impact our community.

My wife Colleen and I have lived in Palos Verdes Estates for over 21 years and have raised two sons in this wonderful community. We have volunteered and are very involved throughout PVE. My commitment to PVE enrichment includes;

My professional experience stems from senior leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, Blue Cross, Prudential, West Bay Capital LLC and a real estate portfolio. I bring over 30 years of professional and business expertise including executive leadership and management skills with responsibilities for profitability, sales and client retention. I have negotiated the financing of corporate, municipal and union medical benefit plans. I am a creative, collaborative problem solver with the ability to listen, unite and collaborate effectively. I am results orientated, ethical and highly motivated to be successful.
